As a Desktop Support I at Pomeroy, I provide IT support and solutions for various clients, using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Active Directory. I have also participated in several large-scale projects, such as deploying over laptops for a major power company, ensuring optimal performance and security of the IT infrastructure. I am also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Colorado Technical University, where I have excelled academically and earned the President's list recognition. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills that can help me advance in my career and provide better solutions for my clients. Additionally, I have a strong background in Paint, as I have worked as a Sprayer for over eight years at IOWA FACTORY PREFINISH LLC, where I applied high-quality finishes to various products and materials. I am eager to leverage my diverse skill set and experience to take on new challenges and opportunities in the IT field.
