About Devin Way

After graduating NSAD, I started my career on the floor of an award winning company, Basile Studio, where I honed in on the immaculate details of this custom design-build studio, while simultaneously managing projects on the macro scale. As I progressed in my career from carpenter & fabricator, to designer & project manager; I transitioned into the residential sector of Architecture. Here, I gained further exposure & experience and was eventually presented with an opportunity to make incredible contributions to a start-up design company. This is where I found my niche: developing the foundation & framework to Architectural design and business management. In 2022 I branched out and established Streamline Design & Permitting, LLC where we have been growing strong! Over the years I've learned good relationship with coworkers, consultants and clients is key to a successful project; as well as the ability to overcome those unforeseen hiccups and stressful moments. I've had my fair share of fails, and successes, to know that knowledge, efficiency and problem solving are ever-developing skill sets. I'm better today than I was yesterday and not as good as I will be tomorrow.
