About Devin Welhouse

As a Construction Estimator I interpret the scope provided by clients to produce a detailed catalog of time, material, and equipment needed for each individual job. I work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, outside and inside sources to create the most accurate, efficient, and profitable quote. There are times when I help design the duct work and assist the Drafting team to help with work load.As a Property Manager I worked as a team with my wife. We managed 80 town-home apartments. These town-homes were new construction and were completed in April of 2015, the first building was finished in July of 2014 and buildings opened every month until April. We signed the last of 80 leases in May to achieve our goal of filling them within a year. With construction complete, we resumed our normal duties of; coordinating with contractors and tenants to solve issues, obtain bids for contracted work to ensure competitive rates, show vacant units, sign leases, stay current with lease terms, keep in contact with the property owners to ensure they are up to date, and keep a clean and organized property for the tenants aesthetics and safety.
