I have always been around computers. Ever since I was a little boy they have been in my interest. My family and friends would call or email me and I’d talk them through troubleshooting. Throughout my teenage years I worked with several computer companies in order to learn and gain experience in the field. After I graduated from my network engineering course at college, I acquired a contract job at an IT Helpdesk which proved enjoyable for me. I am interested in a helpdesk position because each day provides a new challenge to overcome and learn about the field. Being in such a stimulating environment keeps me motivated and on my toes.
