Hi Having 14 years of overall experience including 11 years of international BPO exposure, worked in organizations like GENPACT and AON CORP now WIPRO. Lean Six Sigma Certified. Got 4 star six sigma certification after successfully implementing the KAIZEN methodology into my process, Went to Australia on a Knowledge acquisition trip. Came back and trained a team of 15 colleagues. Experience in creating the SOPs for the entire process and training and coaching the team members. Was involved in back-office client servicing operation jobs, chat and call support to the client and customer service department, and other business activities /functions to a third-party provider, which included invoice processing, reports, and dashboard creation, pension payroll reconciliation, and general accounting. Having hands-on knowledge of various web-based (Citrix and windows) tools and applications like Salesforce, SharePoint, workday, Lotus Domino workflows, worker’s compensation, and the reporting tools applications like Cognos, tableu, etc. just completed operational excellence, Green belt six Sigma, and minitab certification from LinkedIn univ. certificates are attached for your reference. please note i am not a software developer. Basic Sql, Ms office, Ms Excel Advanced (Vlookup, Hlookup, Xlookup, pivot table Ect), chat call and email support, mis reporting, payroll reconciliation, check processing, chargeback, transaction processing, transitioning, training and sop creation and maintenance.
