About Devleena Nag

Devleena Nag holds a Master's degree in Economics with specialization in environment and resource economics from TERI School of Advanced Studies (formerly TERI University), New Delhi. She has ~5 years experience in Statistical Modelling of Natural Catastrophe perils such as Earthquake, Windstorm, Flood; Data- Extraction, Manipulation and Analysis, using SQL. She has also worked on various research projects that involved secondary research and primary data collection through surveys. She works as a Senior Advisor at Gallagher Re (erstwhile Willis Re)- A global reinsurance broking and advisory firm. Prior to this, she has worked at Moody's RMS, Noida as a Risk Analyst where she was mainly involved in statistical modeling of portfolios for clients across Asia, North America in the re(insurance) domain. She has also contributed to various models development by conducting benchmarking and sensitivity analysis. Devleena is passionate about youth-led challenge which has earned her the title 'Miss Revolutionary' in college. She has conducted independent workshops on women's development and their participation in workforce during her work on thesis.
