About Devoka Finch

As a Production Manager at Kamps Pallets, I oversee the daily operations of a large-scale pallet manufacturing facility, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards. I lead a team of 30 employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluation. I also coordinate with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in warehouse and production management, with over two years of experience as an Inventory Control Supervisor at Americold Logistics. There, I planned and supervised the work assignments of 20 personnel across two shifts, developed and maintained on-the-job training programs, and utilized Microsoft Office applications to create and edit training materials, reports, and records. I also increased the cycle count accuracy by 95% by identifying and correcting the procedures for reconciling cycle count variance, resulting in reduced replenishment costs and improved inventory control. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from South University, where I learned the fundamentals of business processes, operations management, and organizational behavior. I am passionate about fostering operational excellence through my expertise in warehouse and production management, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and contribution. My goal is to apply my skills and knowledge to support the growth and success of any organization I work with.
