Currently pursuing my MBA, I serve as the Budget and Operations Analyst at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), where I oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and operational strategy for key student-facing divisions including Admissions and Registrar, Financial Aid and Scholarships, Recruitment and Outreach, and Student Success Coaching. In this capacity, I partner with senior leadership to align fiscal strategy with institutional priorities, streamline business processes, and implement data-informed decision-making frameworks that enhance student outcomes and operational performance.
