As a recruiter at ONE (Open Network Exchange), I am responsible for the front to end hiring cycle of IT professionals for various clients and projects. I source, screen, and onboard candidates, as well as build rapport, negotiate salary, and double-sell positions and candidates. I also manage relationships with C-Level executives to accommodate hiring needs and develop forecast for future hiring requirements. Prior to joining ONE, I worked as a contract specialist at Stryker, where I managed consignment and loaner inventory, maintained relationships with CFOs of contracted hospitals, conducted quarterly meetings to present and negotiate contract pricing, and showcased Stryker products in hospital and office settings. I am motivated and determined to apply my skills and overcome challenges, as well as accountable, dedicated, and action-oriented to drive profitability and growth.
