My name is Devon Dobres and I am a fourth year Finance student at The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. Previously, I have worked in the commercial and residential sides of the real estate industry. On the residential side, I worked with Foundation Title as a notary public and mortgage closer where I notarized and explained loan documents. I completed a summer internship in commercial real estate at ACRES Capital. I worked on monthly draws for deals, used mortgage models, and created a project that aided with loan pricing based on the current collateralized loan obligations in the market. I also enjoyed being a teaching assistant at The Ohio State University. In this role I taught a recitation and graded assignments.
