I have a decade of experience in facilitation, adult learning, and leadership development, as well as an MS in Education from Missouri State University and a BBA in Marketing from Baylor University. I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach, a Certified Executive Coach, and a Gallup Strengths Coach with a passion for healthy team dynamics, positive psychology, feedback-focused teams, emotional intelligence, and DEIJ in STEM organizations. My goal is to help you be a better leader by leveraging your strengths, developing your skills, and enhancing your well-being.As a Talent & Learning Development Lead at UCAR, I oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning experiences in multiple formats for professional development, compliance, leadership programs, and retreats. I incorporate adult learning and instructional design principles. I consult, facilitate, and manage various leadership development programs, including an Early Career Leadership Program, a Legal Fundamentals for Supervisors, a New Manager Program, and a mid-level Leadership Program.
