About Devon Dunn

I am a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry. Throughout my education I have gained knowledge about laboratory practices and safety, practice with the use of equipment and machines within the Chemistry department, and developed data analyzing and critical thinking skills. I have been in the lab industry for 8 years, with 3 in an analytical lab and 5 years in a research lab (Li ion batteries specifically). I have gathered knowledge and expertise on many different analytical techniques and instrumentation, including more niche skills such as working in a glove box. From the years of doing various tests I have developed data interpretation skills to be able to make more informed decisions I am a very organized worker; I have strong work ethic and a passion for the field of chemistry. I am able to take initiative and work independently but can also thrive working cooperatively as a member of a team. I am also very punctual and take pride in leading by example.
