I am an Administrative Coordinator at William & Mary, where I manage the Vice President of Advancement's extensive multi-million dollar portfolio and provide operational support to the Foundation leadership and staff. I have over 4 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles, and I hold a CAM certification from the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI). My core competencies include events and marketing, residential leasing, and social networking. I have produced meeting materials, newsletters, and communications for the board and the emeritus trustees, as well as managed documentation and reconciliation of travel expenses. I have also developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty in the residential leasing industry, where I maintained a 95%+ occupancy rate year-round. I am passionate about creating engaging and effective strategies to increase awareness and engagement of the Foundation's mission and goals, and I am looking to relocate anywhere in the U.S. and utilize my existing skill set and more to contribute to the growth and profitability of a dynamic and innovative organization.
