About Devon Jameson

I have spent 14 years working in Quality and Conformance. I began my career in Pre-Preg Composites, where I obtained skills in Lean Six Sigma, product testing, and quality auditing. I then moved on to become a Lead Hydraulic Inspector, primarily Inspecting Hydraulic and Mechanical assemblies, as well as detail machined parts. In this role I was able to gain versatile quality skills in investigations, material segregation, and First Article Inspection. Using this experience, I was able to obtain a position as Quality Leader for the Functional Test Inspection team on Boeing's P8 Poseidon Program, overseeing as many as 20 inspectors. I also spent time on the aircraft In-service quality team, where I investigated quality failures and non-conformance's on delivered aircraft. In my final role at Boeing, I worked as an Engineer in Packaging & Logistics, managing multiple projects relating to conveyances and the systems used to track and transport aircraft products. I currently work for Blue Origin as an MRAQS, managing nonconforming material for multiple rocket/space programs, including BE-3, BE-4, BE-7, New Shepard, New Glenn, Lunar Permanence, and Blue Ring. I hold an Associates of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as Bachelors of Science in Space Studies from American Public University. I also have a Professional Certificate in Systems Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
