About Devon Kupferman

I am a young and industrious gentleman. Accomplishing tasks and achieving outcomes is my goal. Some of my strengths are my competitive nature, analytical thinking and logical reasoning. Building relationships within the work environment as well as with clients is of great importance to me. I pride myself in my ability to work well under pressure. I am a quick learner and I adjust easily, picking up on systems extremely well. I work well independently, however, I do still consider myself a great team leader, I have a great approach to rallying a team together to achieve one goal. My aim from a teamwork leadership perspective is to always remain firm yet fair. Ensuring I am leading my team from the front, setting an example for how I would like my team to function, while remaining on level grounds with each team member. Communication when working in teams is essential, my aim is always to keep communication lines open and clear.
