I’m an Technical Business Analyst with a strong engineering background and hands-on experience owning products from discovery through delivery. My work sits at the intersection of business, technology, and execution—translating ambiguous problems into clear product requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and shipped solutions.Professionally, I’ve worked as a Business Analyst and Assistant Project Manager, partnering directly with clients, Product Managers, engineers, and designers to define requirements for new applications and features, implement Agile and QA processes, and ensure delivery stayed aligned with business goals and technical realities. I’ve led stakeholder discovery sessions, authored developer-ready documentation, and helped teams move from ideation to release with clarity and accountability.Alongside my professional roles, I founded Leadman Properties & Services LLC, where I’ve acted as the Technical Product Manager for two mobile applications. I owned the end-to-end product lifecycle—defining MVP scope, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating on UI/UX, prioritizing backlogs under real budget and timeline constraints, and validating quality through hands-on QA. Shipping real products has reinforced my focus on outcomes, tradeoffs, and execution over theory.Earlier in my career, I worked on data-intensive systems in healthcare and research environments, including projects for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) such as the Rare Disease Alert System (RDAS). This background gives me strong technical fluency across APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system design, allowing me to communicate effectively with engineering teams and anticipate implementation risks early.
