About Devon Liong

I have 22 years’ experience in IT industry focusing on IT Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations. I’ve servicing few IT companies and generate great experience from the roles and responsibilities from my work especially during the tenure of service in McDonald Global Technology Team. Given my experience in IT Infra and Technology, my knowledge in Cloud Computing, End User service and collaboration and my skill in project implementation and consultation and service management, I am confidence to provide my professional skill and knowledge to senior management roles. I am AWS and Azure certified professional who has a strong background on cloud computing on AWS and Azure solutions. I am also experienced in Microsoft infra solutions, such as Active Directory, System Center Products, and SQL services. I have an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Campbell University. I leverage my skills and credentials to provide strategic and cohesive IT architectural solutions, vendor management, service improvement, and service desk coordination. My mission is to enable and facilitate the delivery of high-quality and reliable Infra solutions and services to meet the business needs and goals of an enterprise company.
