Service is my Superpower ~ In all my years, I have come to know that what can never be taken from you are the gifts you possess that come naturally. My gift is "service." Many will agree that service can be taught; however, for those with a natural knack it's that extra driving force that empowers you "to serve" differently. Throughout my career, I have been best known for my strength in client relations, problem-solving, and critical thinking. I am strongly motivated by doing what is best for the client, while upholding the integrity of the business. My ability to analyze a situation and think critically has enabled me to yield sound and reliable results for clients in high pressure circumstances. My unique way of relating to clients has enabled me to build successful relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. I take pride in serving with unrelenting passion, compassion, and drive to deliver results. My professional experience expands 15+ years strong and I believe it provided me with skills, relationships, knowledge, and grit to make a meaningful contribution to any organization. In this next phase of my career, I look forward to making connections to strategically and genuinely collaborate in an effort to acquire sustainable knowledge to propel forward in making a long lasting mark of contributions within the Aviation, Travel, and Hospitality Industry.
