With over 10 years of experience in human resources, I am currently a Compensation Advisor at Day & Ross, where I act as a key partner to the business and HR teams. I provide expertise in market analysis and salary structure development, supporting both hourly and salaried employees. I also advise on the annual market review process, ensuring we not only understand the data but can translate it into actionable recommendations for the business. In addition to my role as a Compensation Advisor, I am also covering a maternity leave as Employee Services Manager, where I lead a team responsible for employee onboarding and maintaining accurate employee data in our Oracle HCM system. Our team supports various Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across the business, ensuring smooth HR operations. Previously, I served as a Benefits Advisor at McCain Foods, leading key benefits programs across North America, and I continue to be passionate about delivering impactful programs that support employee well-being and engagement. I bring a wealth of experience across different HR functions, always eager to learn, innovate, and collaborate with dynamic teams.
