About Devon Onalty

I build cultures where people don’t just show up; they thrive. My work lives at the intersection of people, strategy, and impact; partnering with leaders to turn inclusion into a business advantage, not just a value statement. I believe when people feel like they belong, performance follows, and I’ve spent my career helping organizations operationalize that belief. Over the past decade, I’ve focused on moving beyond conversation; designing structures that elevate employee voice, embedding equity into talent practices, and bringing clarity to complex organizational challenges. I’m at my best when translating bold ideas into practical execution and measurable outcomes. Outside of the corporate space, I coach Division I springboard diving, where leadership shows up in real time. Coaching continues to shape how I lead: with intention, consistency, and a focus on unlocking potential in others. At my core, I’m a builder of systems, cultures, and people. And I’m always looking to connect with others who are ready to do the same.
