About Devon Owens

What started as a part-time gig as a Sports Broadcast Producer quickly turned into a decade-long journey through the world of radio promotions. I climbed the ranks — from Assistant Promotions Director to ultimately serving as Regional Promotions Director for Audacy’s South Region. Along the way, I discovered what really drives me: collaborating with passionate teams and building smart, efficient systems that make great work possible. In my regional role, I wore a lot of hats — and sometimes, I was the only one wearing them. That challenge sparked a passion for automation and workflow design. Out of necessity, I built time-saving tools and systems that kept our promotions machine running smoothly across multiple markets. Now, I'm chasing opportunities where I can blend my love for creative problem-solving, team collaboration, and automation into meaningful, scalable solutions.
