With 15 + years of program management and consulting experience, I enjoy propelling new ideas and projects forward and laying the groundwork for long-term success. With an innate ability to see the bigger picture, the parts that make up the whole, I’m able to synthesize information in order to structure actions, set goals, and meet objectives. I’m skilled in mentoring, coaching, supporting, and facilitating people and processes that are complex and challenging. My roles and life are grounded in meaningful contributions with values and ethics that guide me. My leadership is based on a human-centered approach, empowering people to their full potential. I believe in creating spaces for a kaleidoscope of stories and helping people to hear a multiplicity of truths. To me, artists are a powerful asset in giving us new perspectives to address complex problems, and in finding new and innovative solutions.
