About Devon Roberts

Up until my mid 20s, I had no idea what I wanted to do. I had dropped out of university then and went to a few different low-paying jobs to try out different avenues. Friends of mine ended up graduating or other friends were holding down solid jobs. Financially I was struggling a little bit. I then got an interview for a sales position. I had never done sales before so it peaked my interest. I knew I was good at talking to people at least based on my previous job experience. My girlfriend’s (at the time) brother was one of their top sales reps. He went out on a limb to get me hired and then took me under his wing to teach me sales. I took my experience from my previous jobs, my personal way of speaking to people and the things I had learned from being under his wing and became one of that companies top performers. To this day, at 32 years old, I still use that same successful, consultative sales approach. With Proposify, I started off as a Customer Success Representative for a few years, switched over to the Sales Team for the past 2 years and I'm now happy to say I am back as a Customer Success Representative at Proposify!
