About Devon Rodriguez

With a strong career in the fitness industry, I am looking to expand my professional horizons. My strong written and interpersonal communication skills along with solid organizational skills and a passion for helping people overcome their struggles in life, has made me recognize I can do so much more than just physical fitness support. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Exercise Science, I am completing a MBA with a focus on Human Resources and Legal Studies (completion December 2025). I am ready to put my experience, learning, and enthusiasm to work.I have over 10 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer in various fitness settings with a wide range of clients. I have management and administrative experience along with team project management experience in these settings as well as extensive experience working with clients to develop fitness programs to meet their individual needs. I have worked with young and old, injured and disabled and love them all. I am adventurous, having traveled extensively in the US as well as globally. I love learning, meeting new people and exploring new places.
