I created and own a sales portfolio with one of the largest banks in the United States. Deliver quality staff augmentation and IT project resources for CIOs, VPs and directors of IT and other divisions. I manage a team of over 12 individuals in Solution Delivery, Technical Expertise, and Consulting across 3 locations. Perform year-end reviews, budget approval, and am accountable for several metrics including revenue, profitability and client satisfaction. My approach prioritizes operational excellence and customer success, managing a robust portfolio for leading financial services institutions. I am skilled in building meaningful relationships, consultative selling and helping clients by providing the necessary resources, guidance and support to delivering innovative solutions that drive results. I strive to grow myself and my area, and to empower others through training, team building, and other activities. I have a strong desire and hope to change the world for the better, by supporting causes such as women empowerment, LGBT+ rights, and climate action.
