I have worked in both fast paced and strategic areas of telecoms being face to face & target focused. My specialty is rapport building and new business acquisition led by my communication and people focus. I have over 16 years of experience working in unison with a team based workforce. I have managed, coached and assisted numerous staff into successful promotions within the business. I have achieved awards for over achieving annual targets as high as 400% landing in the top 7 highest performer in the country. I have built strong relationships with numerous clients within the sector networking at events such as LREF and in the field. I plan and host events to help build and maintain network relationships.
