I’m a communications graduate with a background in sales, administration, and guest experience, equipped with a strong work ethic shaped by years of competing as a university athlete. Over the past several years, I’ve built a career rooted in people-first service, operational efficiency, and collaborative teamwork. Most recently, I worked as Manager of Sales and Service for the Vancouver Bandits, where I managed efforts in executive suites, group sales, and sponsorship outreach. I also handled all client relations, event logistics, and CRM account management. On the side, I’ve developed hands-on leadership skills in hospitality, organizing large-scale events and managing staff at a busy venue in Australia. I’m passionate about connecting with people, solving problems, and keeping things organized. Whether I’m supporting a fast-paced team behind the scenes or acting as a key point of contact for guests, I take pride in staying proactive, resourceful, and approachable.
