Devonda Scott is driven by her passion. Her passion is real estate. Born in Homer, La, Devonda relocated to the Twin Cities in 2001. In her nearly 20 years in the region, Devonda has immersed herself in community. Having resided in Inver Grove Heights, St. Paul, Fridley, Plymouth and now Minneapolis, Devonda has a vast understanding of the greater metropolitan area and the real estate opportunities that abound. A recent first-time home buyer, Devonda is uniquely equipped to help guide clients – both first time and seasoned – through the buying and selling process – a process that doesn’t end with closing but goes well beyond. A purposeful buyer of a “fixer-upper” in an emerging neighborhood of North Minneapolis, Devonda lead the transformation of her property from a quaint house with a quirky design to a coveted property with an open and welcoming feel. Her forward-thinking design eye not only transformed the property, it immediately increased the home’s value, and most importantly, turned house into home for her, and her family which includes their dog, a rescue from the Animal Humane Society.
