I always make an impression. As a brand concierge, I was responsible for creating guests’ first engagements and welcoming over 400 team members at one of the nation’s top five creative “agencies of the future.” I sincerely appreciate that everyone is unique. In each of my personal interactions, I’ve had to problem solve, think and adapt to quickly changing situations and requests. I remain calm, cool and collected in stressful situations and have an enviable history of pleasing the most challenging clients. When you walk through my door, you will find a friend. I love being the best part of someone’s day or helping them navigate through the worst part of their day — by listening and understanding their needs and helping them connect to the right solution. I pride myself in my optimism, empathy, team play, accuracy, and rigorous attention to the smallest detail. I am a self directed, skilled multi-tasker and forward thinker — always looking to solve an issue before it arises.
