With over 13 years of experience at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, I’ve developed deep expertise in advanced welding technologies and process automation within high-volume automotive manufacturing environments. As a Weld Process Expert, I specialize in Robotic Spot Welding, Robotic MIG Welding, Solid State Welding (SSW), Projection Resistance Welding (PRW), and Special Purpose Machines (SPM). My journey has involved leading critical projects—including BSVI development, model launches, and multiple manufacturing process enhancements—with a sharp focus on quality, productivity, and safety. A key area of my impact has been vendor upgradation and capability building—collaborating closely with suppliers to align their manufacturing processes with Maruti Suzuki’s quality, technical, and production standards. This includes process audits, technical training, line automation support, and implementation of sustainable quality systems. I bring a unique blend of technical depth, project execution, and cross-functional leadership, enabling scalable and reliable production systems. Now, I am preparing to take on broader leadership responsibilities, where I can combine engineering excellence with strategic vision.
