Over my 25 years of progressive experience in the operations management and underwriting field, I’ve developed an approach to driving success through excellent operations support, project management, and leadership activities. My proven abilities for augmenting the quality and value of deliverables are valuable across industries because I understand what it takes to support a successful project and team. From making smart, informed strategic decisions to contributing to cross-functional teams that excel, I’m well-suited to propel organizations to the next level of profitability and efficiency. Examples of my achievements include: • Development of comprehensive strategic programs that guided successful key projects. • Managed and developed business relationships with a variety of users, customers, and vendors. • Proven track record of enhancing customer and user experience. • Strong ability to review Condo/PUD projects to ensure they meet salable or non-warrantable guidelines. • Extensive income tax review knowledge of both persons and business returns (all types). • Strong knowledge of unique property vesting (i.e, trusts and LLCs). • All required designations for government U/W (CHUMS/SAR/LAP)as well as USDA Jumbo Non-QM and Bond. • Ability to effectively make decisions in an independent manner and availability as a Resource Advisor. • Underwrote 3-5 files (both conventional and government) per day.
