About Devyani Mhatre

With over 11 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have developed a diverse set of skills and competencies that enable me to deliver value across consulting, project management, operations, and delivery. I have a strong background in transaction management, project underwriting, strategic growth, data analytics, and portfolio management, as well as an MBA and a civil engineering degree. Currently, I lead a team of five at WeWork, where we are responsible for project management, analytics, risk management, and strategic initiative implementation at an organization level. We design and implement the project delivery process using agile principles, develop the leasing contract framework, create the acquisition strategy, and oversee the contracts and payout strategy of vendors. We also improve the process compliance of the growth function by implementing agile methodologies and KPI designing and management. My mission is to drive the growth and efficiency of WeWork's real estate portfolio and operations, using data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
