I am a tech-savvy Early in profession/Technical recruiter for Microsoft. I have over 8+ years of experience in hiring for software development engineer, system development engineer, software development manager, front end engineer, technical product manager, and technical program manager roles. I was also the account lead and project lead for the infrastructure and utility computing division of AWS, where I manage the full-cycle recruitment process and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver on the hiring goals and KPIs. I hold a MSc in Human Resources Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School/ London School of Economics and Political Science and a European Masters in Labor Studies (EMLS) certification. I am also a CIPD Associate. I have a strong background in strategy, sales and marketing, and energy, environment, and natural resources law, which enables me to understand the business needs and challenges of the candidates and clients I work with.
