Background
About Devyn Delaney
I am a recent graduate from Carleton University where I received an Honours Bachelor of Global & International Studies with a specialization in Global Law & Social Justice and a minor in Indigenous Studies. Since high school, I have taken a particular interest in the social determinants of strong and equitable food systems, specifically in the realm of Indigenous food sovereignty. I recently completed a virtual internship with Insight Global Education, where I had the opportunity to develop a high school level lesson plan regarding Inuit food sovereignty in Nunavut. My research and content-development during my internship experience has solidified my interest in working in food policy for social enterprise or non-profit sectors.
