About Devyn L. Levy Madsen

I am a Philadelphia transplant whose heart was stolen by the Bay Area's colorful and dynamic culture. Upon moving to San Francisco 12 years ago, I found myself immersed heavily in the night life, music and art scenes of the city. My interests flowed naturally into events. I have coordinated a multitude of private events, festivals, weddings, ran box offices, and tour & stage managed theatre productions. I have also worked heavily in hospitality - creating and coordinating artistic catering for small gatherings and large scale productions both locally and internationally. I currently hold the role of Content Director for the East Bay Mini Maker Faire, Auction Specialist for Burning Man’s annual Artumnal Gathering and as tour manager for New Orleans based circus troupe, LadyBEAST Productions. I also proudly hold a role as Production Coordinator for the esteemed Edwardian Ball. Additionally, I spend time supporting creative development and designing and developing dynamic websites for up-and-coming artists. My passions run deep through event creation as a way to bring community together through art, music, and shared experience.
