I am currently a student at Saddleback Community College to get my CNA and working on getting ADN to become a Cosmetic Nurse. I am seeking a job in a Medical Office to obtain experience in this new professional endeavor. I’m a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly individual with over ten years of providing excellent customer service. I am very creative and I produce a professional and lively environment with a family atmosphere. I’m punctual and very good at adhering to a schedule. I have an attractive personality with a calm, down-to-earth, and friendly attitude. I’m a multi-tasker and experienced in serving large and small groups of people. I abide by every customer's need in an organized and timely manner. I document my day-to-day experiences and always address them at the proper time of the operation. I’m a believer in solutions and not emotional with whatever is thrown my way. My strong point is understanding every individual on my team and customers. I have strong supervisory skills but also respect management and delegation of tasks. I accept my faults and never blame others as that’s the only way to progress in any concept. I am computer literate. I’m proficient with Adobe Illustrator CC, Microsoft, POS Systems, Social Media, Apple, and Windows.
