Portfolio website: devynmiller.com I never planned on studying both economics and engineering, but curiosity has a way of taking you places you never expected. My first deep dive into behavioral and computational economics made me see patterns in human decision-making. That curiosity now fuels my work in systems engineering and machine learning: building infrastructure that captures complexity, scales intelligently, and stays grounded in human context. At TP-Link, I joined the inaugural U.S. Big Data team to help lead the migration of ML and analytics infrastructure from China to Irvine. I design high-throughput pipelines, optimize data workflows across billions of records, and architect systems for experimentation, all while adapting to evolving device schemas and enforcing strict data integrity across platforms. At Identiv, I develop internal LLM tools used across product, sales, and marketing. I’m currently shipping reusable, A/B-testable infrastructure, tuning GPT-based systems for live deployment, and contributing to AWS-based experimentation environments that scale GenAI workflows across teams.
