My extensive HR experience includes leadership assessment and development, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, communications, training, and benefits administration management. I have also had direct involvement in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and development, recruitment and selection, on-boarding, and employee development. I believe that my greatest strengths are the ability to effectively interface and build trust with all people and levels, from executive leadership to the entry level individual contributor, the ability to be strategic or tactical as required by the situation, to be objective in understanding the needs of the organization and taking the appropriate action to make a significant positive contribution to its success.
