About Dewi Handayani

Beyond Typical HR: Driving Real Impact in Human Capital Transformation I’m not your typical HR professional. I’m someone who can design and execute strategic Human Capital programs that bring organizations to life helping them grow, evolve, and thrive. With over a year of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in Talent Development & Performance, I’ve led the implementation of strategic company initiatives and developed impactful programs that contribute significantly to the transformation of our workforce. At PT Elnusa Tbk, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft people strategies aligned with the company’s transformation agenda. I work closely with VPs, GMs, BMs, and senior leaders to ensure the programs we design are not only relevant but deliver real business value. I am committed to continuous growth and to contributing meaningfully to people and organizational development.
