I lead a cross-functional team that engages with customers across products and services, from ocean transport to warehouse and distribution, to deliver value-added solutions and satisfaction. As the Head of CX Lifestyle for Indonesia and the Philippines, I collaborate with global peers and local partners to expand the coverage and quality of our offerings, and to drive growth and innovation in the industry. I leverage my skills in performance metrics, customer support, and general management to optimize the operations and outcomes of our function.
