The transition from Key Account Executive to Sales Manager allowed me to hone my skills in customer relationship management. While at FIN LOGISTICS LTD, our team successfully anticipated client needs, facilitated effective communication across international agents, and negotiated with airlines and shipping lines, which was instrumental in nurturing key accounts.
