About Deyan Iliev

I am a very experienced individual that likes to take on new challenges. Every new work place I begin, I view as a new challenge and strive to achieve the best results. Throughout my different workplaces I have constantly been pushing myself towards excellent and top quality service. I have always managed to achieve this level of excellency and be proud that I have done so. For example in my current workplace I have the highest customer satisfaction rate compared to my other colleagues. That is because I listen and understand when people experience problems with our service or product and engage actively with them towards finding a solution that works best for them and is in the best possible interest of the company. Another example would be when I used to work as a receptionist. I enjoyed speaking with the clients of our hotel and was always there and available when they needed me. In all of my workplaces my managers congratulated me on my excellent work quality and ethics. In summary I am very positive person. I like to take on new challenges in my workplaces and like to achieve the best results and nothing less.
