Managing agendas, scheduling appointments, attending meetings, taking notes, and preparing board presentations, ensuring smooth and efficient communication and coordination. Handling phone calls, managing correspondence, arranging travel, and maintaining records, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Resolving issues and crises, such as scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or technical glitches, using my problem-solving, decision-making, drafting and reviewing policy & agreements. I am passionate about learning new skills and enhancing my competencies in executive support, administrative management, and policies and procedures. I am also proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil, and have multiple certifications in executive assistant courses.
