I am Vice President Projects with more than 20 years of Experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial constructions. Coordinating multiple projects consisting of 11Lac SFT in 50 Acre area for logistic park sheds and two industrial manufacturing buildings Initiated 110-acre logistic park project having 11 Logistic PEB sheds and utility buildings required for common infrastructure at for Welspun One logistic Park, Bhiwandi. Documentation completed and received 1st pre-approved green building certificate of IGBC Platinum rating for park. Successfully Completed 2 Industrial parks having area more than 150 Acre from start to end having construction area more than 20 Lacs SFT and related Infra works in Indospace. Received platinum rating for green building project for completed park. Successfully completed the Prestressed R.C.C. structure, with Finishing of Commercial complex measuring Built up area of 3lacsq.ft out of 4 lac sq. ft. At Lavasa Corporation Ltd. along with contractor’s bill checking. Completion and handing over of Public safety Center and Data Centre building from line out to handover in all sense measuring about Ft. in Lavasa CorporationLtd. Executed construction of ongoing bldgs and done maintainace part of existing Residential buildings in Mahindra life spaces. Also done Sub contractors final billing with Reconciliations. Completed Industrial project starting from layout. Have role for Execution of construction & fabrication activities for Distillery project, Billing of quantities, Quantity surveying, Subcontractor Coordination, Quality control. For PRAJ INDUSTRIES LTD. For Someshwar Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Distillery project.(25KLPD) And layout work for Shetkari Baliraja Project(500KLPD). Layout of Project Godrej Genesis for Sembcorb InfrastructureLtd.(India) which is IT park Bldg. measures Involved in R.C.C. work of I2IT Bldg s (G+8) for Shapurji 02Pallonji Company Ltd. located at Hinjawadi, Pune. Involved in Industrial work execution & Billing for 2 Shades & 1 office Bldg. from start to End. Also completed project of Land filling of area 10 Acres. Also completed expansion of existing sheds & Maintenance for THERMAX LTD. For few months worked in Structural designing consultancy Named Subhash Manglori and Associates, where done structural analysis part for design accompanied by drawing checking and site visits for slab checking. Completed Two G+5 Residential with finishing and Handing over for Omkar Developers
