With over six years of work experience in healthcare and SaaS, I am a driven and innovative project manager and consultant with a Master of Health Administration, a Certified ScrumMaster, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I have a passion for improving customer experience, streamlining processes, and delivering value to clients and stakeholders. I enjoy working in dynamic and collaborative environments where I can leverage my skills in leadership, data analysis, communication, and problem-solving. Most recently, I was a Merchandise Planner at Dolls Kill, where I applied my project management and analytical skills to optimize inventory, sales, and profitability. I worked closely with the buying and marketing teams to forecast demand, plan assortments, and monitor performance and also developed and implemented strategies to improve sell-through, margin, and turnover. Prior to that, I was an Implementation Manager at Anagram, a SaaS startup that provides an online insurance assistant for healthcare providers and patients. I was responsible for providing an excellent customer-facing experience, training and onboarding new customers, simplifying complex processes, and ensuring product adoption and value. I also led weekly customer calls, handled escalated issues, and liaised with internal teams to meet expectations and goals.
