I am an energetic individual who prefers to surround himself with ambitious people with a positive attitude. I enjoy learning about new concepts and approaches to solving problems. Taking the time to listen to the input and suggestions from my team is very important to me. Proper communication is important since entire projects can be derailed by incorrect assumptions or lack of communication. I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement and treat my team accordingly. A positive approach tends to produce much better results than the alternative. Performing IT infrastructure audits and presenting the true state of an IT infrastructure to a client is always rewarding. It creates the opportunity to improve, secure, and educate the client on where improvements absolutely need to be made, where improvements can be made, and what consequences ignoring those findings could have. I enjoy working with management and showcasing the benefits, and risks of not addressing the weaknesses of their IT infrastructure. I have been an integral part to the success and growth of a start-up Managed Service Provider through my extraordinary service. I was able to increase the clients satisfaction with the services provided, which in turn resulted in more recommendations which led to a larger client base. During my time with the HP I have taken the initiative and earned numerous certifications in order to improve the services provided to the clients. There have been projects in the past where the need arose to work 18 and 20 hour days for a week or two straight. Overall I found those experiences very enjoyable. It was interesting and challenging work that inspired me to go above and beyond to meet the deadlines, and provide the best results possible. I always welcome new challenges and opportunities to advance my career.
