In 2014, while pursuing CFA, and being dissatisfied with the 9-to-5 grind, Dhara felt a magnetic pull towards creative expression. She, like many of us, craved beautiful pieces that not only elevated her everyday style but also gave a luxury feel. Being a person who actively uses social media with a keen interest in building relationships, she decided to connect with the audience and learn more about the desires and aspirations of the woman who loves fine jewellery. She found that designer jewellery often comes with a hefty price tag that breaks the bank. This disconnect between desire and affordability sparked a fire in her. Soon after that she forgot the traditional career path and jumped to embark on her desire to transform her future. This desire and urgency of every woman became a reality in 2014 when Mrs Dhara Chhatbar Bansal embarked on her journey that led to the birth of Ishhaara. Her passion was so strong that she was also nominated in the prestigious Sakthi Masala Award Show for a successful Homepreneur in 2023. Dhara says that building a brand isn't easy, especially when you are a full-time mom. But, she wasn't a typical entrepreneur. Starting with a team of 10 visionary people and from a small room, she launched her brand. Her vision was very clear. She focused on offering top-tier fashion jewellery, offering quality with affordability to redefine luxury for every woman. Her goal was to make every woman feel beautiful, confident, and empowered while wearing Ishhaara collections.
