Successfully lead the team for expansion of EHV transformer facility within the planned time and financial resources. Led the teams for Technology Development and operational excellence to improve the profitability of the divisions. Highly skilled in strategic management of Engineering design resources with focus on internal / external customer expectations about on time delivery, cost and quality. Possess strong people management,communication skills and bring forth a strong leadership in business areas with career development of the team and their active participation in the growth of business. Member of the US Technical Advisory Group for IEC Technical Committee and CIGRE. Sr Member of Transformer Committee and frequent contributor to industry conferences and training programs, including number of publications with CIGRE.
