Also controlling advances to Employees, Advance to vendor monitoring and accounting entries o Comparison of cost from last financial year and produce report to management and sent report to manage cost controlling in HO and all branches PAN India. o Outsourcing Report and 31B Report yearly within due date as per IRDAI guidelines o Data preparation for MC reporting i.e. payment more than 30 Mio on quarterly basis and 20 Mio on monthly basis. o Managing Vendor Reconciliations and reconciliation of Vendor Sub ledgers with General Ledger Control accounts. o Guiding Team members on the taxation aspects like TDS and Service Tax. o Ensuring accurate booking of expenses with respect to nature of expense and correct cost centre and other parameters like proper approvals and compliance with terms of purchase order. o Making foreign remittance including procuring certificate from CA for remittance and filling Form 15 CA. o Liaison with banks for account modifications and operational issues. o Preparation of month end schedule and assisting in month end activities. o Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement. o Preparing schedule for Advances and others. o Reconciliation of Agents Commission. o Ageing of commission payable outstanding
