For over 29 years, I have been serving as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) at the Indian Air Force, the air arm of the Indian Armed Forces. In this role, I manage and oversee the logistics and supply chain operations of various air bases and units, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of equipment, materials, and services that support the defense and security of the nation. I have developed a strong expertise in logistics and supply chain management, as well as a deep understanding of the military and defense sector. I have also acquired proficiency in IMMOLS ERP, a software system that integrates and automates the logistics functions of the Indian Air Force. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, which enables me to conduct internal audits, negotiate procurement contracts, and develop supplier relationships, following the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to the corporate world, where I can contribute to the success and growth of a dynamic and innovative organization. I am confident that I can leverage my experience, education, and competencies in pricing negotiations, supply planning, and action planning to deliver value and results in any logistics or procurement role.
